Purposes of processing
Personal identification data (Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Identification Document, Residence, etc.), along with personal contact data (Telephone, Fax, Email) will be processed using the following means:
Paper (Forms for: estimate, estimate confirmation, reservation, contract) Computer (Internal management software) Telematics (Fax, SMS, Email)
The processing will be carried out using electronic tools following security, process, and internal organization logics strictly related to the purposes outlined below, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data in compliance with the rights of the data subject as provided by current regulations.
DOMUS SRL, on the WEB site www.monreve.it, provides an area called “BOOK”. In this area, the data subject can provide preference data (arrival, departure, type of accommodation, number of adults, number of children, name, surname, telephone, email, any text message). Such information will be recorded and used, with consent, exclusively for the purposes stated above and to improve the quality of our guest’s stay.
The data will be subject to:
- Processing related to contractual obligations and related general contract conditions, namely:
Provision of services requested by the data subject (quote requests, communications regarding the service’s progress as outlined in the contract); Quality control of the services offered. This purpose may involve electronically sending or manually delivering a satisfaction survey at the end of the stay;
- Processing related to legal obligations:
Administrative purposes related to legal obligations (accounting books, registers, etc.); Purposes related to public safety obligations under Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S.
Regarding the purposes just illustrated, the provision of data is considered mandatory, and failure to provide or partially provide them will result in the inability to proceed with the delivery of requested services.
- Except with explicit consent from the data subject, data will also be processed for sending newsletters with the latest news, our offers, our discounts, and our last-minute promotions.
Nature of data to be processed
The data to be processed in pursuing the aforestated purposes will be those requested at the time of subscription and request for the individual type of service.
Regarding special data the Data Controller might become aware of following specific requests (rooms for disabled people, special diets, etc.), such data will be processed exclusively in the interest of our guest for the duration of their stay, will not be stored but will be destroyed or anonymized at the end of the stay.
Processing methods
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Personal Data. The data processing is carried out using computer procedures, telematic means, and, residually, on paper by specifically appointed internal subjects as well as by external managers if appointed, also based on existing contractual agreements. Data is stored in computer, telematic archives, and residually on paper with full assurance of the security measures provided by the legislator.
Data communication
The data processing will be carried out by personnel directly employed by the Data Controller and/or by natural or legal persons specifically identified as responsible for or in charge of processing. The data provided will in no case be subject to dissemination or communication to third parties, except for subjects to whom the right to access the data is recognized by law or by orders of the authorities.
Data transfer
It is not the intention of the data controller to transfer the data to a third country or international organization.
Data retention period
The personal data of the data subjects will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the existing relationships. The Data Controller may be required to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
Your rights
At any time, you may exercise the rights under Article 15 and following of GDPR 679/2016 by sending a request to the Data Controller via Registered Mail. In particular, you may:
obtain from the Data Controllers mentioned above confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you exists, even if not yet registered; obtain information about the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; know the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, know if data will be transferred to foreign countries; e. obtain the limitation of processing and to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to which he has provided them; f. obtain, the anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; g. obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay; right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement; right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling based on those provisions; right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Optional provision of data
While your autonomy is respected, the provision of data is mandatory if required by law, regulation, or EU legislation; strictly necessary for the conclusion of new relationships or the management and execution of existing legal relationships; optional for the purposes of carrying out activities of information and commercial promotion of products and services towards you.
Any refusal to provide data in cases where this is mandatory and/or necessary will result in the inability to conclude or execute the related contracts. If data are requested for information and promotion activities, your refusal will not have any consequence on existing or ongoing legal relationships but will preclude the possibility of commercial information and promotion towards you.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
For cancellations communicated at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the 30% deposit can be recovered from the customer by means of a voucher of the amount paid which can be used within one year of its issue.
For cancellations communicated later, the deposit will be retained in full and cannot be recovered;
In the event of early departure, the customer is required to pay the entire stay.
